Weight...Cats & Dogs...

What Time is Best?

For all of us who wonder when the best time to workout is, here is an article that can help.  It tackles a lot of the common misconceptions with workout timing and other important issues as well.  I think you will certainly enjoy this; however, make sure to not misinterprate this to mean that if you cannot workout at the desired times then you shouldn't workout at all.  At the end of the day the most important factor in good health and fitness is that you are active!

"Text" Dieting

Here is a local article that was found about a new dieting technique that will interest younger generations because it is based around texting with the cell phone.  So many kids today want to use their phones all of the time so why should our efforts for weight loss not cater to their needs?  Clearly our efforts to thward childhood obesity haven't been as successful as desired so a different approach is needed.  Definately check this article out!
