Our clients see us as often as three times a week,
and as little as once a year.
A second or even third person can join you for your workout, if you desire.
Workouts in 1 hour, 45 minute, and 30 minute sessions, as well as group training classes
to meet all budgets.
Free Access to Aerobic Machinery
for Regular Clients
Separate Men's and Women's
Fees range from $30 to $60 per session.
We will give you an exercise prescription and design your exercise program to accomplish
your fitness goals.
Post Rehab Conditioning Consultations and Programming
We can guide your continuing road to recovery after you finish physical therapy.
Special Populations Training and Programming
We have a lot of experience working with people who wish to lose weight, brain-injured individuals (traumatic and stroke), seniors, athletes...
and individuals with chronic conditions, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's and dementia.
