20 minute workout solutions

Even when you are busy this week remember that it only takes a moment to get in some type of activity to keep you healthy.  Here are some easy ways to take up 20 minutes and get a good workout in.  Also remember if you have little ones have them join you and you can tire them out a little bit. 
  For another solution if you have animals playing with them is a great solution too, thats always my choice.
